MetisLogic. Inc. (“MetisLogic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website located at metislogic.io (the “Site”). This Website and Business Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through the Site and through our own sales, contracting, billing, account-administration, and direct business communications.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information MetisLogic processes for its own business purposes. It does not describe Customer Content that MetisLogic processes on behalf of a business customer through the MetisLogic Cloud Service. Customer Content is governed by the applicable customer agreement, Data Processing Addendum where used, and the separate Cloud Service Privacy Notice.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Name, business email address, company name, title, phone number, mailing or billing address, and information included in a website inquiry or direct communication.
  • Sales, contracting, billing, invoice, payment-administration, and signatory information.
  • Support or business communications sent directly to MetisLogic outside the Cloud Service.
  • Feedback and other information you choose to provide.

Information Collected Automatically

The Site may collect limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps, and Cloudflare security or delivery logs. MetisLogic does not currently intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising, retargeting pixels, session replay, or website analytics tools. Essential hosting and security technologies may operate as necessary to provide the Site.

Information from Business Sources

We may receive business contact information from customers, suppliers, partners, professional networks, public sources, or other people in your organization when reasonably necessary for a business relationship.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule demonstrations, and communicate about our products and services.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, execute, and administer contracts and business relationships.
  • Create and manage billing records, invoices, payments, and accounting records.
  • Provide direct business support and respond to communications.
  • Operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Site and our business processes.
  • Prevent misuse, investigate security events, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • Carry out a financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections.

4. How We Store and Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including to the following service providers and categories of recipients:

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not provide personal information to advertising or retargeting networks.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to administer a business relationship, maintain accounting and contract records, resolve disputes, protect security, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and provider.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or exercise other rights available under applicable law, by contacting [email protected]. We will verify a request using the email address associated with the interaction or other reasonable information necessary to confirm authenticity. We may retain information where required or permitted by law and may decline a request that is not legally applicable, cannot be verified, or would adversely affect another person’s rights.

Marketing communications, if any, will include an appropriate method to opt out. MetisLogic does not currently operate a marketing-email platform.

8. International Processing

MetisLogic and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, subject to applicable legal requirements and contractual protections.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to external websites, including social-media or partner pages. MetisLogic does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.

11. Changes and Contact
